1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EVM Crypto Lottery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our platform.

2. Decentralization & Smart Contracts

EVM Crypto Lottery operates via decentralized smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. All draws, prize pools, and payouts are governed strictly by code. Once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, it is immutable and cannot be reversed by the administrators.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in a cryptocurrency lottery is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Provably Fair System

Our platform uses Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) to guarantee randomness. No party, including the developers, can manipulate or predict the outcome of any draw.
